    Every complete roof replacement performed by Ramos Roofing is backed by a written 6-year workmanship warranty. We stand behind our craftsmanship with clear terms, no fine print, and a straightforward claims process.

    What Our Warranty Covers

    Our 6-year workmanship warranty is a written guarantee that covers the labor and installation quality of your roofing project. It is separate from and in addition to the manufacturer's material warranty on shingles, metal panels, and other roofing products. If any installation-related issue arises within 6 years, we return to your property and fix it at no charge.

    Labor & Installation

    All workmanship is covered against leaks, wind detachment, and structural seal failures for 6 full years from the installation date.

    Flashing & Seal Integrity

    Valley flashing, step flashing, pipe boots, and ridge vent seals are covered against premature failure or water penetration.

    Shingle Wind Resistance

    If installed shingles blow off due to wind within manufacturer-rated limits, we re-secure and replace them at no charge.

    Structural Deck Repair

    Any decking repaired or replaced during installation is warrantied against rot or structural failure for the warranty period.

    We schedule an on-site inspection to assess the issue and verify it falls within warranty coverage.

    We Fix It

    If covered, our crew returns to repair the issue at zero cost to you. Most warranty repairs are completed within 1–2 visits.

    What's Not Covered

    • Damage from catastrophic weather events exceeding manufacturer wind/hail ratings (covered by homeowners insurance)
    • Improper modifications or repairs by third-party contractors
    • Lack of routine maintenance or documented neglect
    • Pre-existing conditions not caused by Ramos Roofing installation
